I've narrowed it down to the composition that my text is in, I've tried all kinds of different codecs, rendering straight out of after effects, but nothing works. ![]() I've rendered quite a few videos with audio and text mixed in from after effects, but for some reason it stops encoding, it doesn't crash, it's still responding, it just freezes. Our temp solution is to fill the "dead" audio space in the timeline with low audio slugs. Otherwise, I suppose this is more of a report than a question, unless you have a solution for me. ![]() We are both using new 2015 Macs, Yosemite and El Capitan.Īssuming this is a result of the Update, I'm wondering if anyone else is encountering this issue. So I installed the update afterward and am now noticing the same issues when I export files. We didn't realize that the update could be the cause. My co-worker had already installed the update and was encountering these issues exporting the same file. I had exported a 20 minute movie before installing the update on my system into several formats without issue (H.264 MP4, MPEG2 Blu-ray). We are exporting both through Media Encoder and Premiere. One 10 minute video exported as an hour and a half. I've checked the timeline to make sure there was not any "straggler" clips hiding at the end. I am also experiencing the output media with an arbitrary amount of blank footage added at the end. The exported media will fill empty audio portions with a repetition of the last 1.5 seconds of audio until a new audio clip in the timeline plays. We are encountering a glitch in our media output after our recent Premiere Pro CC 2015 Update (installed 12/16/15). Even a different sequence from the same one didn't work. I tried exporting from another project and it worked fine. ![]() When it's exporting in Premiere, sometimes it renders the audio but gets stuck at 0% indefinitely and I have to Force Quit the program. When it was in Media Encoder it says "Failed" and usually fails on the "Preparing Audio" part right at the beginning. I rendered the In to Out, and it all worked fine but still couldn't export. Had a project to export today and it failed in Premiere so I tried in Media Encoder with no luck. Complete name : C:\Users\Oho\Desktop\xxxx.flv
